When our children get upset over the littlest things, it's easy to lose our temper and wonder what's the matter with them!

 

In this free talk, we'll discuss why our children get so emotional and how we can help them get back on track. You'll leave this talk with practical parenting tools you can put to work right away!

 

  Beth is the mom of two children, and she has been using Hand in Hand tools since her youngest child was born. She loves sharing tools to help parents handle tantrums, whining, sharing, and sibling rivalry.

Lifestyle Triple P Group teaches families positive parenting strategies to increase children's healthy eating and physical activity. Attend this group to learn: Guidelines for healthy eating, healthier food choices, and being active; Fun, simple ways to teach children to be more active; How to set limits about video games, phones, computers, and TV; and Ways to make healthy changes as a family.
