Below is information on Packages and In-Kind Sponsorships
ONLINE CONTRACT
YOUR LISTING COUNTS! We look forward to participating in and sponsoring children's events, donating to schools, helping support local charitable organizations, and making a difference in the lives of families in our community.
All Packages
- Receive a listing on all applicable pages.
- Include: business name, address, phone number and description.
- Receive a link back to your site.
- Receive access to post Calendar Events & Local Perks on SantaCruzParent.com
Basic Package / $365 year ($1/day)
Non-Profit Charitable Organizations Package / $185 year ($.50/day)
This is also for home daycare, churches, summer-only camps and individual tutors.
Premium Package / $395 year ($240 non-profits)
This is a great package if you do not have your own website.
- Receives a link to a second "personal" page that may include your logo and information such as menus, schedules, photos or more detailed description.
- Initial set-up fee is $100 for the personal page.
- Email text, logos, photos that you would like on your personal page.
Newsletter Advertising / fee below
The email newsletter goes out weekly to our registered families.
- Your business logo & short description is $100 with a paid listing.
- Please email your logo in jpg format.
- If you pre-pay for 6 newsletters, you will receive 10% off.
- If you do not have a paid listing on the site, the fee is $125 per newsletter for logo and one line.
- Fill out online contract to submit your ad and specify which month(s) in comments section.
Sponsorship Packages
We have limited site and newsletter sponsorships available.
In-Kind Sponsorship
Take advantage of reaching your target audience by having SantaCruzParent.com provide in-kind media sponsorship for your event.
- Promotion in 2 newsletters: value $250.
- Listing on the SantaCruzParent.com event calendar with your logo: value $250
-Other options include--
- A personal Event page for 1 week on the site: value $500.
- A logo & link on our Families Giving Back page for 1 week: value $250
- A description on Non-Profit Wish List for 2 weeks to promote your organization’s needs: value $500
-Other options include--
- A "Current Highlights" listing on our homepage (1 week): value $650.
- Classifieds: Logo & link posted at top of page (1 month): value $1,200
- Annual Basic Listing: value $185
- An opportunity to give away tickets to your event for our newsletter contests for even more visibility. (Non-profit will provide a minimum of 4 tickets to event.)
- Additional packages available. Call for more details.
Payment Details:
- Payment for 12 months is due in advance in order to receive the listed package rates.
- Package prices are based on a one year contract.
- Rates are effective January 1, 2007. Rates are subject to change without notice.
