Santa Cruz Gymnastics Center, Inc. will be celebrating it's 39th birthday this year. We are honored to be serving a second generation of students and welcoming new ones every day. Our preschool program starts at 18 months and goes through five years old. We start with parent/child classes for toddlers through 2 years old. This is quality fun time for adult and child. The adult encourages and assists the child to move around exciting equipment, developing skills and confidence while learning safety. Generally, at 3 years old, children join the "big" kids classes with only 6 students per class, led by special teachers trained for these young learners. 4 and 5 year olds advance to 7 students per teacher, learning more skills while building a better foundation of strength, flexibility and fitness while having loads of fun.
Our recreational program offers classes for girls and boys ages six years old and older. Our rec program is a skill based program building off the foundation of our preschool program allowing this age child the chance to improve their physical awareness in a fun and safe atmosphere, advancing at their individual pace. While learning gymnastics your child is not only increasing their strength, grace and flexibility but this sport also encourages hard work, discipline and determination.
Our competitive programs help children to tackle challenges and overcome fears as they advance through the sport. The action, variety of skills and events plus the rewards of accomplishment keep the sport of gymnastics fun and exciting for young athletes.
Our birthday parties are the most popular around! One hour on the gymnastics floor with all the equipment and a giant inflatable and a half an hour in the party room equals loads and loads of fun!
We have open gyms, day camps, holiday camps, activity nights, lunch bunch and so much more - check us out.
